About Quilo..
Quilo is a creative mini agnecy run by Sam Marks, a 30 year old Freelance web designer from Leigh-on-Sea Essex, near
London in the UK. I've been designing for over 9 years starting as a
junior eventually working up to head of design at a web design agency based just
outside London. I left my position back in October 2008 and set up in a small studio in my village.
I specialise in general interface design, CSS and HTML hand coded builds. In addition I work on a lot of corporate branding and print work, examples of which can also be seen in my portfolio. I have worked on various types of clientel ranging from large blue chip companies through to small local business during my time at previous employers and in my present role.
I continue working with both other digital agencies as well as directly with clients.
Please check out my portfolio section for example of my design work.
Cheers,
Sam
PS. Although I can and do very often, I didn’t build this site...In an
exchange of friendly mutual back scratching I created the website for my friend Warren Buckley's creativewebspecialist website. Check that out in the portfolio section.

A friend of mine Warren asked mentioned to me that he liked the
wallpapers over at Rapidweaver so I took it upon myself as a challenge
to try to re-create that look. Hopefully I've got pretty close, anyhow
Ive uploaded it so you can download as a wallpaper....should you wish?
If there is any demand I may create a tutorial showing how I created
this...
Enjoy, click to download ....
