website awards Helmand Province, Afghanistan is known as one of the most dangerous places in the world. I spent seven months as a Marine with 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance in the southern most region of this province. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to capture photos of this area and share them with all who are interested in seeing this war-torn country from a different perspective.
